Yes. Managed deployments can combine selected academies, courses and Learning Paths around an organisation, cohort, programme or national initiative.

Yes. Campus, Pathways and Educators are Free for life for individual learners. Together they form the xtraLesson education ecosystem. Paid academies use xtraLesson All Access. Selected premium academies may offer a contextual Free Preview course so learners can experience the academy before obtaining All Access; Free Preview is not a separate pricing tier. The access badge on each academy, course or Learning Path shows the current access state.

Campus, Pathways and Educators are available to registered individual learners without a course-access fee. Impact Partner recognition is shown on relevant academy pages where configured. Managed institutional deployment, administration and reporting remain separate organisational services.

xtraLesson All Access is the individual premium tier for normal paid academies and Learning Paths. Monthly and annual products can be offered when individual checkout is enabled. A selected premium academy may provide a contextual Free Preview course, but that preview is an experience path rather than a separate pricing plan.

Institutional pricing depends on factors such as learner volume, academy scope, programme design, language, branding, reporting, integrations and support. xtraLesson confirms commercial terms through the relevant proposal or agreement.

Yes. Organisations can begin with a focused pilot for selected learner groups, academies, courses, locations or languages before expanding.

A managed deployment can include learner administration, cohorts, programmes, selected academies, structured assignments, authorised reporting, branding, implementation support and other agreed services.

Yes. Managed deployments can support branded or co-branded experiences depending on the agreed implementation model.

Yes. Programme Access is designed for sponsored or funded cohorts where access, programme context and reporting need to be managed for a defined target group.

Yes. Government and national deployments can combine academies, programmes, learner groups and reporting structures according to the approved scope and governance model.

Many xtraLesson learning offers support self-paced learning. Organisations may also use courses in cohorts, facilitated programmes or blended delivery models.

Depending on the course, learning may include lessons, video overviews, Audio Deep Dives, study guides, workbooks, practical activities, reflection prompts, knowledge checks, quizzes and action-oriented tasks.

Yes. The learning platform can show enrolment, lesson progress, assessments, completion and certificates where enabled. Organisational reporting is limited to authorised learning context.

Eligible courses can issue completion certificates after the required learning conditions are met.

Unless expressly stated in a separate agreement, xtraLesson certificates recognise participation or completion and do not by themselves represent academic credit, professional licensing or government accreditation.

xtraLesson Mobile is the upcoming mobile learning experience for the xtraLesson ecosystem. When publicly available, eligible learners will use the same xtraLesson identity, learning access and progress across supported web and mobile experiences.

Use Open xtraLesson on the Mobile App page now from iPhone, iPad, Android or desktop. A separately verified Android Early Access download will be offered when ready. Google Play and the App Store are coming soon.

The Android download is not yet enabled. When available, the Mobile App page will publish a verified APK, version and installation instructions. Android may ask you to allow installation from that download source; keep Play Protect and security checks enabled. You can always use Open xtraLesson in your browser.

No. xtraLesson Mobile does not create a separate learning subscription. Your available academies, courses and programmes depend on the same xtraLesson access and entitlement model used across the ecosystem.

Supported lesson text, learning resources and audio can be prepared for offline use. Wi-Fi-only download controls and low-data mode help manage connectivity and mobile-data use. Some hosted media, including online video, may still require connectivity.

The live public catalogue currently exposes English. Availability can differ by academy, course and implementation phase.

xtraLesson uses structured curriculum design, practical learning frameworks, relevant references, AI-assisted production where appropriate, subject-matter review and quality checks.

No. AI tools can assist parts of drafting, organisation, media production and development, but xtraLesson remains responsible for the learning architecture, review, adaptation, quality and publication of its content.
